Nancy is a results-oriented Human Resources leader and strategic business partner with a passion for creating great places to work by fostering distinct cultures and enhancing engagement that enable teams to thrive. Leverages diverse industry experience, progressive HR expertise and leadership skills gained over the past 15 years to support leaders manage complex change and proactively address business challenges.
As the Vice President, Human Resources at the Royal Conservatory, Nancy is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and programs that will enhance the Conservatory’s ability to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and effective workforce. Ensures HR strategic and operational plans are aligned with organizational vision and priorities.
Prior to joining The Royal Conservatory, Nancy has held roles at TD Bank, Revlon and for the past six years while at the Canadian Cancer Society, she led a team in providing HR solutions and expertise to over five hundred employees in multiple sites across Canada. Nancy is a graduate of Ryerson University (B. Comm., HR major) and maintains the certified human resources leader (CHRL) designation, and other related professional certifications. Nancy is also an active volunteer supporting various community causes.
