This funded post-graduate program offers a rich curriculum for career development and sets itself apart by offering students:

  • Full scholarship support + monthly living stipend
  • Fully funded European residency program
  • Training from internationally acclaimed faculty
  • Performance opportunities in stellar concert venues like Koerner Hall
  • Learning best practices on how to market themselves as professional artists
  • Professional recording of a solo performance project (for use in the artist's portfolio)

James Anagnoson, Dean of The Glenn Gould School (GGS), explains what makes The Rebanks Family Fellowship Program so special: "In 2013, we started a program aimed at recognizing some of the very best young classical performers, from Canada and from around the world, who had finished their basic training and were ready to launch their careers. With the resources of The Royal Conservatory including celebrated faculty and remarkable Koerner Hall, this program is without precedent in Canada.”

Alumni of the program have appeared on great stages such as Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall, they perform with major orchestras in Canada and abroad, and are members of leading chamber ensembles such as The ARC Ensemble and The Rolston Quartet.
