Loralie Vancourt is a member of the voice faculty at the Royal Conservatory.  She has been teaching for over 20 years during which she has taught for the University of Minnesota and the Manitoba Conservatory of Music of Arts in addition to her private in-home studio. Loralie is also a member of the RCM College of Examiners.  She frequently leads master classes and adjudicates festivals.

Loralie is an active singer who has performed with orchestras and opera companies in Canada and the United States including Dora and Tony award winning organizations.  She also sings with leading choral ensembles in Toronto.

Loralie has nurtured her interest in vocal music as theatre by studying acting, physical theatre, improvisation and theatrical voice techniques. Loralie holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Manitoba.
