Hello, I am Adam Bendorf. I believe that music is a gift to mankind from God; that to enjoy music is to experience a small glimpse of God's enormous creativity. I sincerely want for you to enjoy music as I have enjoyed music!
I teach mostly from home, along with my wife and two daughters. It's pretty busy here! We take a devoted interest in each of our students. Our students have won awards at the local, regional, and state level. As performers our students have been featured as concerto soloists, have performed in the U.S. and abroad, and have gone on to become career musicians.
Boring Stuff…
Adam Bendorfs holds a B.A. of Music degree in Applied Piano from The Master’s University. He has been awarded scholarships, awards, and honors, and enjoys performing piano duet literature with his wife, Anna. Adam has served as adjunct faculty at The Master’s University. He recently finished arranging a set of Christmas carols for intermediate and advanced-level piano. He currently adjudicates various competitions and festivals in the area.
Adam and Anna have served as an officer for multiple music non-profits, fulfilling multiple roles. In 2021 the Bendorfs founded the Boise Bach Festival, an event that features piano, organ, strings, and woodwind performances of J.S. Bach’s solo and chamber music. Until recently they owned and operated Alberti Publishing, a digital sheet music business. They also co-authored The Right Notes, a music history teaching aid.
