Tjais Hirst (ARCT, 2023). I am a frequent and consistent gold medal and scholarship winner at piano festivals. In May I was chosen to represent Alberta at the Canada West Music Festival in the U-17 category. I have studied with acclaimed Calgary Mount Royal teachers Dale Jackson, Rolf Bertsch and most recently with Kathy Dornian. I have also taken pedagogy lessons to teach piano.
