I have been teaching piano for over ten years. I love teaching children and helping them develop a life-long love of music. I believe that lessons should be adjusted to a student's individual learning style. Lessons that are fun, while also being educational, is what I strive for with every student. I include music theory in every lesson. I always tell my students that the whole process should be enjoyable. This includes practicing and going to lessons. I teach my students how to practice at home, so that they see progress and are encouraged. I work with parents so that they understand more about learning music and in turn can help their children get the most out of lessons. I teach in my home studio and online.
