Nicola Johnston

Hello fellow music lovers! I am a long-time resident of the Parkland area and have been teaching for over 30 years. I teach ages 4 and up, beginners to Level 8 Royal Conservatory and the theory applicable to each level. Support will be provided for those who want the challenge of a piano exam and/or would like to enter the local music festival. I have hard-working, smart, fun, dedicated students! I LOVE MUSIC and am passionate about teaching. I encourage my students to venture out into different avenues of interest like jazz, movie theme music, popular, etc. I cater each lesson to the individual. No two students are the same, so no two lessons are the same. I am an active member of APTA, PMTA, and our local music festival.
