Parvaneh Eshghi

I am extremely passionate about the arts and music education. My teaching is student-centered and I love to foster an enthusiasm for self-discovery and personal growth through the study of music. I encompass the educational spectrum of the instrument I teach by covering repertoire and stylistic variety, technique, sight-reading, ear-training and theory. I also explore the vast landscape of the arts (music listening, literature, film and art associations) in order to widen my students' experiences and create a lasting passion that they can carry with them for their whole lives. Music study is a journey that intensifies presence and awareness and thus enhances life experience. I am so flattered to have been nominated, in 2023, for the Ottawa Faces Magazine awards for Best Music School! I am continually thriving to enhance my pedagogy, my teaching and performing skills, and my artistry.
