GGS - Group Class Substitution Request
Before completing this form, please contact an individual from your RCM-approved substitute list and confirm that they are able to teach your class.
Standard group classes will only be cancelled/rescheduled in extenuating and unavoidable circumstances. As such, it is the faculty member’s responsibility to secure a substitute for their group class.
Please note:

Planned absence substitution requests must be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to the date requested.

You must make a separate submission for each date requested.

Private lessons substitution requests need to be discussed with RCM Admin in advance.
