Beth Brownell Eaton is a passionate and dedicated individual who has worked for several musical and educational institutions since graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a B.Mus. in 2015. Additionally, in 2018, she completed her Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Music Education to further her knowledge in music pedagogy through The Royal Conservatory of Music in conjunction with Ryerson University. She has trained in Kodály, Dalcroze, and Orff pedagogies, and was further certified as an Orff (Level 3) Specialist in the summer of 2019.

Focusing on cognitive, language, and social skill development using music in childhood, Beth uses voice, flute, piano, and her strong knowledge of music theory and history to provide young children with the tools necessary to succeed in life and music long-term. She is on The Royal Conservatory of Music’s faculty as a Smart Start instructor, is an Itinerant Music Instructor with the Toronto District School Board, and works with early childhood centres and schools across Toronto in order to bring a love of music to as many children’s lives as she can.
