Amir Chowdhury

Hello, my name is Promi Chowdhury. I have been teaching piano for the last two years and am pursuing ARCT. I believe that music is fuel for the soul, a passion that I wish to instill in the hearts of students. From when I was six years old, I have been learning piano, helping me realize the importance of self-expression through music. For this reason, I strive to allow my students to not only effectively learn how to read notation, but also technique and "feeling" the song. My end goal is to help guide students into becoming musicians fond of music. My personally-tailored learning approach for each individual student makes music fun and a lifelong passion in numerous musical fields. I am comfortable with working with students of all ages, as music is something that belongs to all. I'm quite passionate about fostering a love for music, regardless of genre (classical, romantic, baroque, jazz, etc.) , and join you on a musical journey of development. I currently teach from my home but online as well for those who find that more convenient.
