Averil Spence-Clarke has been teaching piano, flute, piccolo, recorders and theory in Windsor since September 2000. Ms. Spence-Clarke is a Certified Teacher with the Royal Conservatory of Music and has graduated many students at all levels of flute, piano and theory. She also served as the Flute Instructor Specialist for the Walkerville Centre for the Creative Arts program presented through the Greater Essex County District School Board & Resource specialist for many schools both in the public and catholic system.
Ms. Spence-Clarke is also the Founder/Conductor of the "ASC Flute Choir", a community group of flautists of all ages and levels. They rehearse weekly and perform throughout the year for churches, schools and in concerts. She was also the Interim Guest Conductor for the Central Seniors Concert Band until the advent of COVID.
