Inhee Han

**Hello!**
I'm Inhee Han, a Korean piano teacher and music therapist currently based in **Waterloo, Ontario, Canada** (previously Montreal). With many years of experience and a deep passion for music, I’m dedicated to helping students discover the joy of playing the piano and experience the transformative, healing power of music.

**About Me:**
I hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Classical Piano** from **Seoul National University** and a **Master’s degree in Music Therapy** from **Ewha Womans University** in Seoul. In South Korea, I worked extensively with children and youth—particularly those with autism and developmental disabilities—in elementary school settings, using music therapy to enhance their well-being, learning, and social development.

In addition to clinical work, I conducted **research at the Ewha Womans University Music Therapy Rehabilitation Center**, deepening my understanding of the therapeutic and educational benefits of music.

Since moving to **Canada**, I have continued teaching private piano lessons, accompanying worship services at my local church, and volunteering in music activities with children. I am raising three school-aged children myself, which gives me a unique empathy and insight into the needs of young learners and their families. My teaching style blends **rigorous classical training** with **a warm, patient, and creative approach**, helping students build both skill and confidence.

With this background, I’m excited to join the RCM community and guide students not only toward technical excellence but also toward a lifelong love and appreciation of music.
