Iris Lam

https://www.meowsicpiano.com/ PIANO Iris has over 15 years of teaching experience with students from age 3 to adults, and inclusive of students with special needs. She has obtained outstanding results completing Grade 8 RCM in piano by the age of 11, continued studies up RCM levels and has achieved all First Class Honours with Distinction on Advance Rudiments. She has undergone valuable mentorship program from UBC School of Music, job shadowing opportunity via Capilano University, and more pedagogy training at VCC and with famous composers. She is Certified in the curriculum for Music for Young Children, Musikgarten, Royal Conservative of Music. Iris enjoys finding fun ways to enhance student’s education through piano; teaching them music appreciation and exploring their musicality and creativity. She implement fun music lessons for private, duet-trio lessons to group class for preschool and day camp. She is also experience in preparing for talent shows, private recitals, and Royal Conservatory of Music exams.
