Jennifer Spleit-Landry

An energetic and enthusiastic teacher, I believe music education helps build self-esteem and confidence, and that with commitment and motivation we can all experience personal success. Studying music is a great way to explore world cultures, history, art, math, physics, fine-motor skills, study habits, and your own emotions. My programs are based on the RCM curriculum, and many students choose to participate in yearly examinations. For two decades, my students have successfully completed exams from level 1-10 with high honours. Others choose to follow their own musical path, learning the core curriculum and performing in recitals and masterclasses without completing exams. I also lead group string ensembles with a relaxed peer environment where students can learn to play in harmony and perform in the community at many wonderful events. I am thrilled to be able to share my passion for music and life-long learning with others each day.
