With a master’s degree specializing in the teaching of special needs students, I am dedicated to being a voice for this unique group, using music as an expressive tool to teach social and emotional skills and help them thrive in this world. I bring over 30 years of experience as a devoted piano teacher, with more than 20 years focused on teaching atypical and exceptional students. My passion lies in helping students use music as a channel of communication, tailoring lesson plans to each student’s unique strengths and abilities. Committed to lifelong learning, I continuously upgrade my knowledge to better nurture my students. Recently, I have taken additional courses in music technology, which I am eager to implement with intermediate and advanced students, enhancing their learning experience and expanding their musical horizons.
