Kristine Terpstra

I love to teach children of all ages to play the music they enjoy & currently listen to. I have over 25 years experience, teaching over 50 students/week for the past 20. I teach students at a pace that works for them the foundational tools of music, along with the tunes they love, including current radio hits to the classics. I like to cultivate the individual interests and talents of each student, including singer/songwriter, keyboarding, band & improv skills. Currently, I will do RCM Exam preparation to Grade 8 if a student desires. All of my students do well in their exams; usually achieving First Class Honours. Over the years, I have sought to further my knowledge and understanding by practical performance and taking private instruction. I currently teach in the Guelph, Breslau, and North/Central areas of Kitchener.
