Hello, my name is Grace Lee.
I am a professional violinist and experienced teacher originally from Seoul, South Korea.
I performed as a member of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra for seven years, and have held numerous positions as a section player and concertmaster in various orchestras throughout my career.
I also served as concertmaster and music director of the Gwangjin Ensemble, leading public concerts and community events.
In addition, I worked as a violin instructor for a youth orchestra, guiding young musicians in both technical development and musical expression.
I hold a Level 2 Secondary School Teaching Certificate (music education) issued by the South Korean government, which reflects my formal training in pedagogy and classroom teaching.
With over 24 years of private teaching experience, I have worked with students of all ages, from young children to adults and seniors.
My teaching emphasizes a solid technical foundation, musical sensitivity, and personal expression, helping each student grow into a confident and passionate musician.
I am excited to join the RCM teaching community and continue sharing the joy and discipline of music education.
