I’ve been teaching piano for over 30 years and truly enjoy working with students of all ages, from young beginners as early as four or five to adults and seniors in their seventies and beyond. I’ve taught in three different countries and have experience teaching piano, theory, and music history. Some students choose to work toward RCM or ABRSM exams, while others simply want to play for enjoyment, and both paths are equally valued in my studio.
I’m a caring and patient teacher who believes there’s no single “right” way to learn music. Every student is different, so I take the time to get to know each person and tailor lessons to suit their personality, goals, and pace. Lessons are supportive, encouraging, and designed to build confidence as skills grow.
Above all, I want lessons to be a positive and enjoyable experience. Whether you’re starting piano for the first time or returning to music later in life, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and happy making music.
