Lynn Ware

I specialize in teaching classical guitar to students age 6-65 in person only. I require parents to attend the lessons and take an active part in the realization of daily practice and help with establishment of correct posture, sitting position, technical support and monitoring weekly goals for success. Private recitals are cozy and held in my home. I have a M.M. in classical guitar and trained at Kent State University and the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. My students frequently earn gold medals in RCMusic examinations and place well in Kiwanis, North York and various music festivals. I will expect participation in home concerts, examinations and festivals/competitions as appropriate when the student feels they are adequately prepared and ready for that experience. I also teach theory and music history in online class formats.
