Hi! I offer classes in Piano and Music Theory. Whether you’re a complete beginner, an advanced student looking to enroll in university or conservatory study, or have young children who’d like to learn the basics of piano or music through play, I would be delighted to accompany you on your fun and creative musical journey! I qualified as a school music teacher in my native Russia, specializing in working on skills development with younger children. I moved to Canada in 2012, where I completed a second degree at the University of Toronto’s Music Faculty with high honours before moving to Kingston. I have won top prizes in nationwide music theory competitions, received a U of T scholarship, and have performed with numerous ensembles and as a solo pianist. Music is above all about having fun, whether you’re just beginning or you’re working your way towards virtuoso performances! Through creative play and my expert knowledge, you or your child is certain to enjoy classes with me - and to make real progress at the same time.
