Melanie Eyers

I enjoy teaching beginner and intermediate pianists of all ages and know that piano lessons are a stepping stone to a lifelong love of music and creativity. I love exploring many styles of music- including pop, classical, and jazz- to find out what motivates each student.
In addition, in my other job as a bassoonist in the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra and as a freelance orchestral bassoonist, I bring a wealth of ongoing performing experience to my teaching.
I teach bassoon (including reed-making), piano, and theory.
