People decide to play the piano for diverse reasons but my goal remains the same for each student: To give them the essential skills necessary (technique and ear training), to give them an understanding of music (theory), and to guide them systematically through solid repertoire (both classical and contemporary genres) infusing an appreciation of music history and appreciation in general. I use age-appropriate teaching methods and approaches to encourage students of all ages and skill levels. My studio is a warm, affirming environment that make students look forward to their lessons.
