Phyllis Heppner

I began teaching piano as a teenager on the advice of my teacher. I did not know then that I would love teaching piano so much or that it would become a decades long career. I have grown as a teacher over the years and now enjoy teaching piano pedagogy to those who also want to make this a career. There is no more important person than the one sitting on the piano bench at any given time. I make it my mission to know that person and to find ways to connect. Each student is unique and the beauty of one-on-one teaching is that we can work together in our own way to create musical beauty.
