Pianist Rebecca Hogeterp graduated on the Dean's Honor List with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. Her teachers included John-Paul Bracey and John Hess. Thereafter she studied with renown pianist and pedagogue Jean-Paul Sevilla in Paris. She continued her post graduate studies in the Netherlands completing an Artist Diploma in Piano Performance from Utrecht's Conservatorium where she studied with Russian Pianist Alexander Warenberg. Over the years Rebecca has attended many Suzuki and RCM pedagogy institutes as well as participated in many performance master classes. She also holds certificates of recognition in both Neurological Music Therapy and Autism Intervention. Rebecca has been joyfully performing and teaching both the RCM and Suzuki method in the GTA for the last 20 years. She has amassed an incredible amount of experience teaching students from beginner to associate level as well as teaching students with special needs. I am accepting new students and teach in my home as well as in yours.
