Samantha F. Neil Neil

Hi there! My name is Samantha, and I am an 18 year old piano teacher in the Glenora area of Edmonton. I began piano lessons when I was five and immediately fell in love with music. Since then, I have received classical training from the Royal Conservatory of Music and have completed the Level 9 Practical Exam, Level 9 Harmony Exam, and Level 10 History Exam. In addition to piano, I have also performed in four separate concert bands throughout junior high and high school. I am currently attending the University of Alberta for a degree in Elementary Education on a scholarship offer. I am also working towards completing the Level 10 Practical Exam in hopes of achieving the ARCT Associates Diploma. My favourite part about teaching is watching my students fall in love with music the way I did. I enjoy using a combination of method books, popular songs, and games to engage students and allow them to enjoy music in a fun and positive learning environment. I look forward to working with you!
