Xi  Li

As a classically trained pianist and music educator with a rich cross-cultural background, I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Western University, specializing in music cognition. My extensive training in China, the United States, and Europe, along with notable achievements such as being a finalist at the Caneres International Music Competition (Vienna), 2nd Prize at the Lima Symphony Piano Concerto Competition, and 1st Place at China’s "Tao Li Cup" National Piano Competition, shapes my unique approach to piano education. I specialize in creating personalized lessons for neurodivergent learners, utilizing music as a tool for self-expression, emotional regulation, and cognitive enhancement. With a deep commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, I aim to inspire students to transcend their limits, guiding them to connect with the technical precision and emotional depth of piano artistry.
