My teaching philosophy is to ignite passion and love for playing piano in every student through detailed instruction to build up musicianship, musical taste, and solid playing and sight-reading skills. I love to see the sparkles in my students' eyes when they've learned a new piece or figured out how to practice a passagework. Fun activities such as duo playing, sing-play exchange, and sight-reading cards are essential parts of the lessons for students to learn faster and stay motivated. My biggest reward is seeing my students grow to be more independent music learners and they can play more confidently.
