Photo Consent & Release
I hereby give my consent to The Royal Conservatory of Music, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, to use my image and likeness and/or interview statements from me in its publications, advertising and/or other media activities (including the internet), without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future. This consent includes, but is not limited to:
- Permission to use artwork, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction and/or voice recording that I have provided;
- Permission to use my name; and
- Permission to use quotes (or excerpts of such quotes) from the artwork, film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or voice recording, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the internet), in theatrical media and/or mailings for education, publicity and/or awareness.
I irrevocably waive any claim against RCM relating to the use of my photo and promise not to bring any such claim or action in the future. I also waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the layout, presentation or other aspect of my photo after I submit it to RCM and understand that the photo will be the property of RCM. This consent is given in perpetuity, and does not require prior approval by me.
