Equipment provided by The Royal Conservatory on stage: ACOUSTIC performances (12-3pm): One grand piano, music stands and chairs. AMPLIFIED performances (5-8pm): One grand piano, drum kit, bass amp, two guitar amps, 3 vocal mics, 3 DI’s, music stands and chairs All other equipment, guitars, patch chords, keyboards and stands, effects pedals, AC Adaptors, etc., are to be provided by the performers.

Approximate set times will be emailed to those selected on Friday, September 14th, 2018. Limited performance spots are available. With the aim of creating the broadest spectrum of performances possible, applicants are required to submit a short video of what they intend to perform. All ages, skill levels and musical styles are encouraged to apply. All performers must check in at the Free For All table in the lobby of Koerner Hall one hour prior to their performance time. Failure to do so may result in your set time being postponed or even cancelled. As part of Culture Days, this is a free event. There is no limit to how many “fans” you can bring and no tickets are required. Photos, videos and social media activity will be permitted - and encouraged! Please note, this entire event will livestreamed. By signing up, each performer agrees to be part of the broadcast, which will be available for free and will not be used for any commercial purposes.
