REDUCED CAPACITY AND SPECIAL TICKETING STRUCTURE FOR SAFE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We are committed to offering inspiring live music – in a way that is safe and responsible. We are implementing best practices for performing arts venues, and following all health and safety protocols and guidelines. We will modify our plans as needed as protocols change in the coming months.
We have reduced the number of seats available to ensure safe physical distancing at all our concerts.
Tickets are purchased by section, rather than for specific seats.
You can choose print-at-home tickets or to pick up your tickets at the box office on the day of the performance. Tickets are not currently being sent by mail.
If the number of attendees per concert must be restricted, we will honour ticket buyers in the order which their purchases were received.
The Conservatory reserves the right to cancel a ticket if the capacity of the venue is less than the amount of tickets sold.
On the day of the concert, the Conservatory will help you to access seat(s) within the section you have purchased, to ensure physical distancing protocols are followed.
Ticket purchasers will be provided with more information and special instructions prior to the concert date.
All protocols and actions regarding attending concerts will be in accordance with guidelines from health authorities. As these protocols will likely evolve, we ask that you kindly pay close attention to information you receive from The Royal Conservatory prior to each of your concerts.
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations, unless noted otherwise at the time of purchase.
Tickets obtained from any other source other than RCM Tickets or their authorized agents may be counterfeit, and such tickets cannot be guaranteed to be valid for admission. The Conservatory is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to all seating areas. Children under 5 years of age will not be admitted into Koerner Hall concerts. Please use discretion if bringing a child to a performance.
Your ticket is only valid for the performance and seat for which it was issued. Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks incidental to any performance for which this ticket was issued, whether occurring before, during, or after such performance. Due to the nature of live performances, it is not possible to predict when technical difficulties may occur.
Program, pricing, date, and artists are subject to change without further notice.

SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES
All Royal Subscribers may exchange tickets up to 48 hours before the performance and are subject to a fee. You may exchange your tickets within the season for any other performance presented by The Royal Conservatory, and subject to availability. For External Presenters, please contact [email protected]
If you forget your tickets on the day of the performance, there is no need to rush home. We will be happy to replace your tickets free of charge at the Weston Family Box Office.

A limited number of $15 Rush Tickets are available starting 3 hours before all performances presented by The Royal Conservatory.
Rush Tickets are limited to one ticket per person. Seat locations are assigned at the discretion of the box office and locations may vary. Rush Tickets are available by phone only, on a first-come first-served basis.
All Royal Conservatory Presented Concerts will proceed as scheduled regardless of extreme weather conditions. Please allow for plenty of extra time when travelling in inclement weather.
In the event that a concert is cancelled or postponed, the Conservatory will endeavor to reach all patrons via phone and/or e-mail to inform them of the cancellation and/or rescheduled date. A notice will also be posted on the website and at the venue.
