REDUCED CAPACITY AND SPECIAL TICKETING STRUCTURE FOR SAFE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We are committed to offering inspiring live music – in a way that is safe and responsible.
The Royal Conservatory of Music is following all Health Canada, Public Health Ontario, and Toronto Public Health guidelines, and implementing all recommendations to protect the health of our audiences, students, artists, faculty, staff, and community members.
The Royal Conservatory requires proof of full vaccination by approved COVID-19 vaccines, along with a photo ID for entrance into the building and all theatres. Medical exemptions from vaccination may instead provide proof of a negative test result for COVID-19 administered within 48 hours of the time that access to the premises is being sought. As defined by Toronto Public Health, currently individuals are considered fully vaccinated once they have received the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series (e.g., Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) and where 14 days have passed since their final dose.
We have reduced the number of seats available to ensure safe physical distancing at all concerts.
Tickets are purchased by section, rather than for specific seats. The Conservatory will issue reserved seats within the section purchased closer to the concert, to ensure physical distancing protocols are followed. Seat location is at the discretion of The Conservatory. E-tickets will be sent prior to the concert date. Physical tickets may be requested upon demand on the day of show. Tickets are not currently being sent by mail. Per terms of sale, all seating designations will be final.
If the number of attendees per concert must be restricted, we will honour ticket buyers in the order which their purchases were received.
The Conservatory will help you to access seat(s) within the section you have purchased, to ensure physical distancing protocols are followed.
Please ensure you have all your documentation prior to arrival.
Ticket purchasers will be provided with more information and special instructions prior to the concert date.
All protocols and actions regarding attending concerts will be in accordance with guidelines from health authorities. As these protocols will likely evolve, we ask that you kindly pay close attention to information you receive from The Royal Conservatory prior to each of your concerts.
All ticket sales, gift certificates, and credits are final. There are no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations, unless noted otherwise at the time of purchase.
Tickets obtained from any other source other than RCM Tickets or their authorized agents may be counterfeit, and such tickets cannot be guaranteed to be valid for admission. The Conservatory is not responsible for tickets purchased through any unauthorized sales channel.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to all seating areas. Children under 5 years of age will not be admitted into Koerner Hall concerts. Please use discretion if bringing a child to a performance.
Your ticket is only valid for the performance and seat for which it was issued. Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks incidental to any performance for which this ticket was issued, whether occurring before, during, or after such performance. Due to the nature of live performances, it is not possible to predict when technical difficulties may occur.
Program, pricing, date, and artists are subject to change without further notice.
