The Rupert Edwards Library is a valued resource for students and faculty of The Glenn Gould SchoolThe Phil and Eli Taylor Performance Academy for Young Artists, and The Oscar Peterson School of Music. While the library is open to the public, borrowing privileges are only extended to students and faculty of the schools.

The library contains 18,000 CDs, 20,000 scores, 6,000 books, 300 DVDs, as well as an extensive collection of online performance resources, orchestral parts, periodicals, and archival materials.

From the Building National Dreams campaign, the library was named The Rupert Edwards Library by the Edwards Charitable Foundation in honour of its founder. It was built in 2009 along with Koerner Hall, completing the final phase of The Royal Conservatory's expansion and redevelopment at the TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning.

Please visit the library website for more information about operating hours, the collection, and library policies.
