I love to teach piano and music as the ultimate brain builder!! Whether at recreational or graded levels, I encourage students to make music study part of an overall healthy lifestyle. Practical playing is combined with theory activities and other percussion instruments (xylophone, small bongo drums, bells, etc) which helps support the student's understanding and knowledge of pitch and rhythm/timing. Learning style is also a big consideration in how the lesson is conducted. I aim to make sure communication is open and clear which in turn enhances learning.
