2021 High School Vocal Performance Intensive

2021 Summer Intensive 
July 12-24, 2021 | Ages 14–18

Join young singers from across North America in this unique and immersive learning experience. Leading professionals and music educators provide daily lessons and coaching, as well as classes in acting, movement, diction, and musicianship skills.*

The program includes a special master class with Adrianne Pieczonka, Vocal Chair of The Glenn Gould School.

Appropriate for intermediate- and advanced-level students, this summer program is an opportunity to deepen voice performance skills while bonding with your singing peers. 

Daily classes include:

  • Individual lessons and coaching
  • Acting
  • Diction
  • Master classes
  • Movement
  • Musicianship
  • Staged scene work

*This summer program will be subject to all health and safety guidelines from Health Canada, Public Health Ontario, and Toronto Public Health.

    Applications will open by January 8, 2021. 
    Audition deadline: April 30, 2021.

    Students ages 14-18 who are interested in participating in The Royal Conservatory’s Summer Vocal Performance Intensive must apply and submit an audition. The audition consists of two (2) contrasting pieces, submitted online, which will be reviewed within 5 days of submission by the Audition Panel. Students who are approved will be sent a link to register for Vocal Intensive online.

    NOTE: The application fee consists of a $75 non-refundable fee and a $175 deposit towards the program tuition.
