Dr. Nesrine EL-Zine is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience in advising and teaching French language, literature, and civilization across universities and institutions in North America and the Middle East, including the University of Tennessee, the Institut français, Sana’a University, the University of Toronto, Carleton University, The Royal Conservatory of Music, Sheridan College, and Humber College. Beyond the classroom, Dr. El-Zine has contributed to teacher training, language assessment, and curriculum development. She is a certified Career Educator (CEC) and a Cambridge CELTA-certified instructor. She has also pursued advanced training in Teaching French for Specific Purposes, Business French, and educational technologies. Her research interests focus on French language pedagogy, particularly intercultural understanding, student motivation in foreign language learning, and learners’ attitudes.
