I have not received my books yet.

Books have begun shipping out from the RCM. However, due to the volume of books as part of this unprecedented offer, we anticipate that it will take a few weeks for all eligible teachers to receive their orders. Thank you in advance for your patience.

I cannot get through to Candidate Services by email or phone.

We understand that it has been difficult to receive timely support through Candidate Services. Please note that we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries at this time. On average, our inbox has over 3,000 emails in addition to a long wait time on our phone queue. Though these numbers are large, we are committed to getting back to every single inquiry, and it is taking longer than we hope.

We ask that you refrain from sending Candidate Services multiple emails regarding the same issue and respectfully reserve our phone lines for those with time sensitive and urgent inquiries. If your inquiry regarding this special offer was submitted by June 15, your offer will remain valid until Candidate Services is able to assist you.

I didn't receive an email with an offer.

The Celebration Series®, Sixth Edition, or books of equivalent value, have been gifted to our music teachers who have continued to instruct students using our curriculum and examinations in the past five years. Please email Candidate Services with any specific questions or issues.

My offer code is not working.

This offer can only be redeemed through the email address where you received the offer and that your MyRCM account is associated with. Please login and try redeeming your offer again.

My offer was sent to the wrong email address.

This offer can only be redeemed through the email address where you received the offer and that your MyRCM account is associated with. If your offer was sent to the wrong email address, please email Candidate Services with the following information:

  • Name
  • ​RCM Teacher Number
  • Offer Code
  • Email address your offer was sent to
  • Email address you prefer

My link or code isn't working anymore.

Once you have attempted to use the offer, the link or code from your email may no longer be accessible. This usually means that you have already successfully added the item(s) to your shopping cart. To redeem your offer, please login to your MyRCM account, visit the bookstore, and check your cart. From here, you can update your cart and/or proceed with the checkout process, including entering your code, to complete the order.
