Welcome to the 9th Annual RCM College & University Music Fair!
We’re thrilled to have you join us for this year’s event, where aspiring musicians and music educators come together with representatives from leading colleges and universities across the country. Whether you're exploring post-secondary options or showcasing your institution, we hope you find the experience engaging, informative, and inspiring.

No purchase or contribution necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed. The raffle is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have both submitted this form and check-in at the registration desk at the Royal Conservatory’s Music Fair on September 14, 2024.
Any participation by any ineligible person(s) will be void.
The Royal Conservatory reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the raffle draw process or violating the rules.
The raffle begins on July 1, 2024, and will end at 11:59 PM PT on September 13, 2024. One (1) winner will receive one (1) iPad, engraved with their name.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If you are the winner, you will receive an e-mail notification with instructions on how to claim the prize. The winner must provide any information required by The Royal Conservatory for delivery of the prize, such as your shipping address.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification being sent to them. The winner will be solely responsible for paying any taxes and any other expenses incurred by the winner in connection with receiving the prize or participating in the sweepstakes, including any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value added taxes, goods and services taxes, or harmonized sales taxes.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. The Royal Conservatory may modify or cancel the sweepstakes or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All information submitted in connection with the draw will be used and treated in accordance with our privacy policy here.
