Amy Valyear

Teacher ARCT
I have been teaching piano privately for many years, during which time I have taught students of all ages and levels. I graduated with honours with a Bachelor of Music from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music. During this time I had many performance opportunities both as a soloist and as a member of TIP Monster Concert Pianists. I have also served as a church pianist for many years and work as accompanist. I also have an ARCT in Piano Pedagogy from the Royal Conservatory of Music. I'm also certified as a Music for Young Children teacher, and am an active member of my local ORMTA (Ontario Registered Music Teacher's Association) group. I have also taught music at various private schools and daycares. I hope that through lessons you and your children will develop not only good musical skills, but also a love and enjoyment of music. www.bramptonpiano.com
