Angela Churchill – Piano & Music Theory Instructor
Guelph, Ontario | In-person & Online Lessons Available
With over 20 years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for music, I specialize in guiding students of all ages through the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) curriculum in both piano and music theory. My approach is grounded in classical foundations, while also encouraging creativity, personal expression, and musical exploration.
I believe that music is for everyone. Whether you’re preparing for RCM exams, learning to play by ear, or simply discovering the joy of piano for the first time, I tailor lessons to support each student’s goals, learning style, and natural rhythm. My studio is a welcoming, supportive space where students are encouraged to grow not just as musicians, but as confident, expressive individuals.
In addition to RCM exam preparation, I offer training in sight reading, ear training, improvisation, and composition as well as sound healing and sound therapy. I’m committed to fostering musical literacy and emotional connection through every lesson, with a focus on cultivating a lifelong love of music.
Accepting new students for September with some spots still available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
