Carla Hartsfield

I am an award-winning piano teacher and former RCM faculty (Toronto). I have been a senior examiner since 1992. If you want to learn to play the piano or sing with better results than you ever imagined, I am your teacher! Now in St. Catharines, I enjoy a varied class of students ranging from ages eight to late teens--and also have a lovely bunch of adults who flourish in their lessons https://www.facebook.com/artiststudio10. As an in-person and remote examiner, I have been designated to adjudicate for 9, 10, ARCT, Licentiate and Pedagogy (all levels) primarily. My students always receive excellent results at RCM exams in the high First Class Honours to Distinction categories. As a performer and recording artist myself, I bring creativity and artistry to each unique talent. My students believe good discipline in their practice is fun! I am a recognized vocal coach, too, and accompany every lesson.
