Joan Kronlund

I have been teaching piano lessons in rural southern Alberta for the past 20 years and am the sole proprietor of Moon River Music Studio in Fort Macleod and Moon River Estates, Alberta. I have achieved my practical piano Royal Conservatory of Music Level 9 examination; and have been studying and teaching theory, (specializing in using the Ultimate Music Theory teaching series). I have taught all ages from 5 years of age to 76. My students have opportunity to participate in the Lethbridge and District Music and Arts and my annual piano recitals have been held on the wonderful stage at the Empress Theatre in Fort Macleod. I personally play the keyboards in a worship band at church and have had the opportunity to play the piano (and percussion) and perform at various functions in Fort Macleod, (including a Belly Dance group), as well as Entheos Cursillo Retreat Center just west of Calgary, AB. My lessons are taught on a Roland Digital Piano offering MIDI accompaniment for students. I teach students for recreation as well as Royal Conservatory beginners to level 8.
