Lynda Tracy

I have been teaching piano for almost 40 years. I prepare students for RCM examinations but I do recognize that not all students will wish to do this-- I will work with you on whatever music you enjoy playing! I am a retired music therapist and my work in that field has given me additional experience in working musically with persons with disabilities or special needs of various kinds, and also with seniors. In addition to teaching I occasionally accompany singalongs at retirement homes and substitute at church services for vacationing church musicians. I was the director of the choir at the Grand Valley Institution for Women (federal prison) in Kitchener for 7.5 years and also taught piano and singing to the incarcerated women.
