Rachel Gauntlett

Rachel Gauntlett

Combining her passion for education and her love of children, Rachel maintains an active teaching studio in Toronto. Rachel is certified by the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is regularly in demand as a guest clinician at workshops and institutes across the country. More recently, Rachel has served as a guest faculty member at the Royal Conservatory of Music and Wilfrid Laurier University. Her teaching has taken her throughout North America to Chicago, Austin, Montréal, San Diego, and Boston. All of Rachel’s students participate in recitals and community performances as a way of rounding out their music education. Rachel regularly and successfully prepares her students for auditions and Royal Conservatory of Music exams each year. Formerly on faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University, Rachel currently teaches at Etobicoke Suzuki Music. She is also the Assistant Music Director for Band & Orchestra at Interprovincial Music Camp (IMC).
