Combining her passion for education and her love of children, Rachel is certified by the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is regularly in demand as a guest clinician at workshops and institutes across the continent.
Rachel has served as a guest faculty member at the Royal Conservatory of Music. Her teaching has taken her throughout North America to Chicago, Austin, Montréal, San Diego, Boston, and Los Angeles. More recently, Rachel was on faculty at Etobicoke Suzuki Music in Toronto for 7 years, where she created a Suzuki Early Childhood Music program and helped grow the cello program.
Formerly on faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University, Rachel currently teaches at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, California.
