Rebecca Joan Thompson

Over the years, music has always been a part of my life. I began taking piano lessons at age 6 and have continued to learn and grow in playing the piano, teaching music in schools, teaching music to young children in group lessons and now teaching piano and theory in my own studio. I teach many beginners and as they grow in their musical training and abilities, and some are taking the opportunities of entering music festivals. Currently, I am a member of the Parkland Music Teachers Association (PMTA) in Alberta, Canada and Alberta Piano Teacher's Association, and RCM (The Royal Conservatory of Music).
