Dr. Sarah Pizzichemi is a passionate violin educator and performer with an international reputation for excellence in violin and chamber music instruction. She is the founder and instructor of the Pizzichemi Violin Studio, where her students consistently receive top honors at competitions, participate in prestigious youth ensembles, and go on to pursue music degrees at leading institutions.
In addition to her private teaching, Sarah is co-Artistic Director of Chamber Music Guild, where she develops and leads educational programs and workshops across the Pacific Northwest as well as co-host of The Counterpoint Club podcast, which brings expert-level chamber music instruction to a global audience.
Sarah is the first violinist of the Skyros Quartet, established in 2010, an ensemble recognized for its dynamic performances and commitment to music education and co-founded their nonprofit Constellation Creatives in 2020. She also co-founded Evergreen Music Press, which creates high-quality educational materials for string players.
