YU LEE LEE

Yulee Lee has been playing violin for 35 years and has been teaching violin in Calgary for 10 years. Her experience spans from teaching children as young as three to adults and from beginner to advanced levels. She is also Director of Yuleeolin since 2015. In addition to her main instrument, the violin, Yulee also teaches beginner , intermediate level piano. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music from Seoul, Korea. Yulee won several major violin competitions in Korea. She completed her master class at France Orleans National Conservatory and RCM level 10 diploma in Violin Performance. ​Yulee has three years combined experience as an orchestra member in Government of Korea. Yulee's teaching philosophy is based on assisting her students to enjoy their violin learning journey as they build strong technical skills. Yulee also includes activities focused on music theory during the lesson so students will gain, over time, a deeper understanding and appreciation of music. Her hope is to bring and share the joy of music to all her students.
