Over 35 years of classical guitar teaching experience! Francis' students had won RCM Gold Medal (Guitar) in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2018, 2019. Multiple students were recipients of full scholarship to study in music schools at universities and colleges with major in Guitar. Francis was the Musical Director at TVB Television Broadcasts Ltd, Hong Kong (1991 - 1995). He won the championship in the Canadian 1st English Song Writing Quest 1999.
