I teach piano to students of all ages and all levels, in and around the city of Los Angeles, and I'm looking forward to finding more talented, passionate, and hard-working students. In their lessons with me, students are taught how to approach every piece of music confidently, economically, and artistically. My Master’s Thesis focused on the dynamic, interdependent relationship between movement and sound. Deconstructing piano technique into simple choreographic units helps students learn faster and play more expressively. Ultimately I want this to be fun, but I require dedication, consistent practice, and a positive attitude. Parents, don't worry! Every student has a unique way of balancing hard work and having fun. I love teaching classical, pop, rock, and jazz, and I base the content of my lessons on the preferences of each individual student! I am very proud of receiving my Master of Fine Arts in Piano Performance under world renowned concert and recording artist, Faina Lushtak.
