Arshalouise Nersessian currently teaches at  the Oscar Peterson School of Music and The Phil and Eli Taylor Performance Academy for Young Artists.

Further to her Master’s in Performance in Sofia, Bulgaria, she also studied in France with Yvonne Lefebure and in Canada with Antonin Kubalek. She is active as a solo performer, chamber musician, accompanist, and adjudicator and formerly sat on the jury of the Concours Musical de France competition in Paris. Under her tutelage, Arshalouise's students have achieved great heights, not only winning regional, provincial, national, and international competitions but also performing on prestigious stages such as Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center.

Arshalouise’s students have also been named on CBC’s “30 hot Canadian classical musicians under 30” list, participated in Lang Lang’s Allianz Junior Music Camp and Curtis Summerfest with full scholarships, and accepted to study in major music schools in the U.S. and Europe. She was also a contributor to The Royal Conservatory’s Piano Syllabus, 2015 Edition.
