Theory & History, Piano

Dimitra Marangozis studied piano in Toronto with Spiro Kizas and Antonin Kubalek, and pursued further studies and performed solo and chamber music concerts at the University of Toronto and York University. With Suzuki Teacher Training Certification, Levels 1-6 (Kingston and Chicago) and ORFF Certification, Level 1, Dimitra has served as an adjudicator and workshop clinician.

Dimitra has given faculty concerts at The Royal Conservatory since 1989, with a current interest in performing the works of Hellenic contemporary composers. Dimitra belongs to the Conservatory's College of Examiners and has been a faculty member since 1987.
